Arizona Policy Finder collects information you submit so we can respond to your quote or coverage check request.

Information We Collect

We may collect contact details, ZIP code, insurance type, timing, current situation, communication preference, and information needed to process your request and respect your contact choices.

Saved Quote Requests

As you enter or select details in a non-life quote request, your answers are saved in a private Google Workspace tracker for review by Veraid Insurance. Unfinished requests expire after 14 days. An unfinished request does not authorize follow-up unless you select the optional contact permission. Submitted requests are kept for agency review and recordkeeping. You may ask us about access, correction, or deletion using the contact details below.

A secure, first-party cookie connects this browser to saved progress. The information you type or select, including requested dates of birth, driver-license numbers, and other insurance details, is encrypted before it is stored in the private tracker. Access to decrypted answers is restricted to the agency owner's authorized account. Sensitive identifiers are not restored into the browser automatically. We do not save quote answers in this form's local browser storage or include them in notification emails or analytics. Do not enter payment, Social Security, or medical information in notes.

Documents you select in the policies and supporting documents field are uploaded to private Google Drive folders linked to your request. The agency owner can open and download them through the private tracker. Document filenames are encrypted in the tracker, and the files are not shared through public links or notification emails. Files attached to unfinished requests are moved to Drive trash when the request expires; submitted documents are retained with the request for agency review and recordkeeping. Photos used only for on-device license barcode scanning are not uploaded by that scanning feature.

Website Analytics

Google Analytics measures page visits and basic website engagement. The site's tracking code removes URL query strings and fragments and does not send quote answers or contact details to Google Analytics. Analytics is separate from your insurance request and permission to contact you. Life insurance quotes and applications remain in the separate BackNine experience and are subject to its disclosures.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to respond to your request, help compare insurance options, improve site performance, and maintain records related to your inquiry.

Sharing

We may share information with licensed insurance professionals or insurance providers when needed to respond to your request.
